During your stay in the Accommodation, the general house rules listed below apply. It is important that you adhere to these rules:
Respect the maximum capacity of 40 people, as indicated by ArdennerHof, depending on the composition of your group.
Do not organize (student) parties, bachelor parties, lockdown parties, or other events during your stay.
If you bring a dog to the Accommodation, you must adhere to the applicable rules. A maximum of 4 dogs are allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and on the sofas, and you are responsible for keeping the Accommodation and the garden free of all animal excrement. In the garden and courtyard, keep the dog on a leash and take all necessary measures to prevent damage to people or property. You must also comply with all legal obligations regarding the ownership of dangerous dogs. In case of severe contamination, we reserve the right to charge extra cleaning fees.
Do not disturb the neighbors, respect the neighborhood, and behave as a reasonable and responsible person during your stay.
Playing or making music outside is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
The customer is responsible for paying legal copyright fees for playing audio-visual media during their stay, even if played on the facilities provided in the house.
Do not place temporary accommodations such as tents, campers, or mobile homes on or near the Accommodation.
Do not engage in acts contrary to public order or morals during your stay.
Making a fire is only allowed in the fireplace and outdoor fire pit, as well as the indoor fireplace. Wood packages can be ordered.
Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of the Accommodation. Use ashtrays if smoking outside. Do not throw cigarette butts in the garden. In case of severe contamination, we reserve the right to charge extra cleaning fees.
Bring your own bath towels and kitchen towels to the Accommodation. Always use bed linen on the beds. Cover mattresses and blankets with our bed linen package. If duvets or mattresses are soiled, cleaning costs will be charged.
Do not use sleeping bags in the accommodation.
Report any shortcomings to the manager at the beginning of the stay to avoid liability at the end of the stay. Report any damages that occur at the end of the stay so that we can prepare the house for the next guests. By agreeing, the tenant accepts the calculation of damage costs.
On the end date of your booking, you must vacate the Accommodation by 11:00 AM. Ensure that the Accommodation, furniture, and equipment are left in the same condition as on arrival, as described in the inventory, and that everything is neat and orderly.
A check will be carried out by the housekeeper upon leaving the property. Leaving the property without an appointment and check by the housekeeper means an automatic agreement with the findings made by our housekeeper afterwards. For example, damage, extra cleaning...
Leave your holiday home as you would like to find it: swept, tidied up, with an empty refrigerator and dishwasher, and sorted waste. At the end of your stay, you must leave your holiday home clean by:
Sweeping
Tidying up
Cleaning the refrigerator and kitchen appliances
Emptying the dishwasher
Removing waste from the rooms, emptying all trash cans, and sorting waste
Removing bedding from the bed and placing it in the corridor
Placing duvets and pillows on the beds as upon arrival
Cleaning the barbecue
